What we do
Our state of the art flour mills supply all our group bakeries and ensure that our household bread brands such as Kingsmill and Allinson taste great.   We’re also the UK’s leading durum semolina miller, supplying a range of durum and blended semolina products to the food industry.

How we work
To maintain our leading position in the milling industry we have invested heavily in modern flour and semolina milling equipment.  Our mills operate 365 days a year to enable us to serve our customers’ delivery needs 24/7.

The challenge
Working with naturally variable raw materials, we continually strive to maintain the highest quality to our customers.  Flour and semolina products are manufactured to defined standards for quality, functionality and food safety.

What we look for 
We need people who can handle the pace and pressure of our high tech, 24/7 operation.  This requires energy and high levels of commitment to maintain the high standards we set for accuracy and quality.

Where you’d work
Our three milling sites are in Belfast, Manchester and Tilbury. The Tilbury site also hosts our Central Office finance and administration function.
