Our marketing team are at the heart of the business and is focussed on satisfying changing consumer needs through our portfolio of brands – Kingsmill, Allinson, Burgen, and Sunblest.
What we do
Our focus is on driving profitable branded growth in one of the UK’s most competitive grocery markets. We are achieving this through continual investment in advertising to strengthen our brands.
What we look for
Key to ensuring these strong levels of brand support drive brand equity improvements is having a strong marketing team in place. We look for marketing professionals who can combine an entrepreneurial approach with strong leadership skills, to deliver effective marketing initiatives across the business.

How we’re structured
Our Marketing team is based in Kingsmill Place - our Head Office in Maidenhead – and is organised into three areas:
- Brand Management
- Consumer Insight
- Regional Support
We’re part of Associated British Foods (ABF), which takes a long term view of the business, providing the stability and consistency needed for strong brand growth. ABF has many other top grocery brands in its portfolio, such as Twinning’s, Ryvita, Jordans, Blue Dragon and Silver Spoon. This provides marketeers with real opportunities to grow and develop across the ABF group.
