Focused on making great tasting bread day in, day out, our Manufacturing team work in one of the most demanding supply chains in any industry.
What we do
Our 13 manufacturing sites in Great Britain, and our site in Northern Ireland, produce between 800 and 1,000 different breads, rolls and other bakery products.

The challenge
Quality is at the heart of our business. With quality, the consumer’s opinion is everything. We have invested heavily in process control technology and automation. Our Quality Assessment System focuses on an assessment during production that allows immediate corrective action to be taken.
What we look for
Our operation is a high-volume process environment, 24-7 that demands co-ordination, pace and accuracy. Our orders must be completed and ready for despatch by 10pm on the day they’re placed – so we need people with the commitment and drive to meet our deadlines.
