What we do 
Looking after the money is essential - and our Finance team supports all the key areas of the business and make sure they meet our strict financial targets.

How we work 
We play a major role in the decision-making process of all our business functions - acting as true business partners to the management teams.  This means working closely with the marketing, sales and operations teams to make business decisions that are on a sound financial basis.  We also look after all the usual finance activities, from managing payroll, billing customers and paying suppliers, to reporting on our company’s performance.

The challenge
The food sector is about as fast paced and challenging as it gets!  We need to deliver our ongoing finance strategy in one of the most dynamic, competitive markets you will find anywhere.

What we look for
We provide a high level of finance support and challenge to our internal customers, so we can maximise the returns for all our stakeholders.  We need customer-focused finance people, who can very quickly figure out how the business works and where the opportunities for improvement are – and have the tenacity to drive things through to completion.

Where you’d work 
Our Commercial Finance team is based in our Maidenhead head office, but most of our Operations Finance teams are in the field.  Both work closely with operational colleagues to drive our sales, marketing, manufacturing and logistics activities.  Our shared service centre in Liverpool looks after our general accounting, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
