At the heart of our business, we make sure our customers get the products they want at the time that they want them.

What we do
We have an industry-leading logistics team  providing truly world class service that delivers to major retailers, convenience stores, food service outlets and the wholesale sector daily from our 18 distribution points – that’s around 15,000 customers. 

How we work
We have invested in leading edge technology.  Our vehicle telematics system tracks our vehicles in real time, whilst in our warehouses’ voice technology enables greater accuracy and productivity.

The challenge
It’s a lot to handle - a joined-up supply chain from the retailer’s order, through the bakery, into the warehouse and out to the customer.  It’s a 24-hour cycle that’s advanced, challenging and fast.

What we look for
We’re looking for people who can make a difference and can handle the pressure of one of the tightest most challenging supply chains there is.  Opportunities also exist within our vehicle maintenance units and our planning functions.

Where you’d work
Whilst there’s a small central logistics team based in Kingsmill Place, our Maidenhead Head Office, the majority of the Logistics team is field-based.
